So serious in fact, that we guarantee that clients who have signed a listing agreement with us will hear from us every single week. We understand the importance of getting your home sold in a reasonable timeframe. We plan to exceed your expectations. We hold ourselves accountable to the promises we make. If we fail to get your home “under contract” in 75 days, we will pay you $500 at closing.

If you plan on selling your home and purchase another with our team, we will reward you.
